««(IN STUDIO)»» YOU SHOULD READ THIS: I Wear Headphones While Creating. They're Best For Listening, Too. !!! IMPORTANT MESSAGE AT THE BOTTOM !!! « « WARNING » » I LOVE to play with WORDS and choose them very carefully. If something I WRITE seems WEIRD, use that AWESOME brain of yours to find the JOKES. Because I'm a WordNerd™. I use #NonCollab to represent the desire to stay out of any collaborative endeavors. I'm here to create and discover art that I can enjoy listening to, and that inspires MY art and life outside this community. This doesn't mean I don't want to talk about music, or share ideas, or discuss how music can save us all. Far from it! Please, critique and give ideas/feedback, or make puns. But if you can think of NOTHING nice [really? nothing?] (or any puns) to say, keep it to yourself. No Haters! No Drama! No Worries! Ok, Puns! PLEASE, use #NonCollab if you feel the same [YES, even if you don't like puns (gasp)] In a sense I'm a bit new to this, so I'm touching on whatever my ear thinks smells good. If a track isn't to your taste, set your sights on other ones. In another (very real, but not that important) sense, I've been playing guitar and singing for 25 years, and have had my work on a [local affiliate of a] major rock radio network. My band once even opened up for a major, globally touring band's stop at Pain in the Grass. [google it and guess](good luck) Additionally, read the descriptions. They're there to help set their songs' scenes. (that sentence is correct) Some stories have songs of hell, a (days of yore) scary, gory, dark affair EVERY song has a story to tell (even yours), and every story starts somewhere. These stories start in the description. Comments and feedback and sharing [and yes, even puns (just don't be too gross or esoteric, kids use this app)] are encouraged and requested. Let's help make each other the best we can be at this. (puns too!) Music has the power to save the world! (puns, maybe not.....let's try anyway) You just took a lot «pun»ishment there Ra«pun»zel, so read on for more about me (and more wordplay) I play bass and sing in a hard rock (sometimes metal-ish) band. I play guitar (metal mostly) and sing (metal usually) at home. To pay The BILLS (those bastards), I sear the reformed, ground up flesh of various dead animals on a great big slab of really hot metal..... ............I mean............ I cook (while listening to hard rock and metal). [got a little dark just then, didn't it? don't worry, that's just my mad eyed, black sense of humor twisting it's evil, little beak just the tiniest bit into your brain. on a side note; did you know that a group of crows is called a 'murder of crows'. that means, if you see two of them together, you're witness to an attempted murder] Furthermore, I also love string quartet versions of hard rock and metal songs too. (that sentence will upset people, but it's kinda funny, so I'll leave it) (noticing a theme here?) Within the Music Maker Jam community, I have discovered new ways to metal. And soon, I will share them. Also, also, also, I sometimes label my song part descriptions like a poem, even though I'm the only one who can see them, just because. One last thing: “Be Excellent To Each Other.................... Aaaannnnd..............Party On, Dudes!“ Abraham Lincoln - 'Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure' P.S. Negativity towards others on my page will be deleted. Continued negativity will get you blocked. P.P.S. Beware Of Those Requesting Interactions Outside Of The MusicMakerJam App!! I Will Not Make Such A Request (though I MAY respond to one), Unless I Know You In Real Life. Do Your Homework And Block Those Who Would Use You!! Final Thought: Feel free to read all the comments, there might be some wisdom you didn't expect to find. Then, leave your own bit of wisdom. NEW 12/5/17»»»» Any loop/track made using ONLY the little recording mic icons (ZERO MMJ sounds), is then viable for commercial use without a licence. Protect your intellectual property before you publish such tracks. Save your work offline (it gets a digital date and time stamp). While not bulletproof, it will go a long way towards protecting your work. If you're prolific with these types of songs, consider ACTUAL legal documentation. (especially if you have a shit-ton of followers) [conversion: 2 ass loads = 1 ass ton, 2 ass tons = 1 shit load, 2 shit loads = 1 shit ton, 2 shit tons = 1 fuck load, 2 fuck loads = 1 fuck ton, 2 fuck tons = Fuuuuuck!] 12/14/17 I also now support #StrangeFruit, a group of talented people who support each other without an eye looking towards trending, just making the best music possible. But, as of yet, I'm still #NonCollab 12/20/17 I wouldn't have thought it necessary to state this, but here it is: PLEASE don't just hit like or follow, thinking that I will automatically reciprocate. I won't. I take time to listen to a track in its entirety, and type my thoughts as I do. In one long comment (usually). If I don't like it, I don't click, or comment. Please give me the same courtesy (in as many comments as you need). «« « « « « » » » » »»
