Music is my lifeblood . The oxygen that I breathe and the nourishment that sustains me. I've been in two local bands in the Stl, each making their mark in their respective eras. I've opened for national acts, performed on TV and won battle of the bands. Athough guitar is my primary conduit, I can also carry a tune on the piano and bass guitar, or beat a path behind a drum kit. I've interned in multi million dollar studios and carved out originals in my own home. To me music is universal, class, creed or color it doesn't matter, you don't need an interpreter to understand the language it speaks. Let your soul guide you to the melody within. Every note is magic and every day is another chance to cast your spell. 2/25/19 today i post "Sojourn" my 2nd song of 2019 and one that i really enjoyed putting together. Its my best piece in awhile,as i crafted this piece i could feel the energy of melody flow through me and before i knew it i was banging my head and doing "the recording dance." which is a phenoma that very few have seen and none have lived to tell the tale, but i digress. This one is a melodic rocker, and a return to my roots. hope you enjoy, So without further ado, here is "Sojourn" 12-30-18.... hey jammers i havent been posting as much bc ive been putting my recording studio together. I have three or four tracks ready to post so as the new year commences ill have some more music for you. Ive been working on putting full length cds together, ive got one finished and a double cd almost ready, also an edm cd ready to go. ,ive also been putting together an ambient cd but its still got a ways togo. My style has started to develop and it is a style of all styles. I have #House, #dub , #metal, #trap, #jazz, #progressive rock, #hip hop. I am a slave to no one style. If i hear it in my head, feel it in my soul then im going to let it out. Music is about feeling, having fun and expressing with melody what cannot always be expressed with words.
