Loudly is an AI music creation platform that enables musicians, creators, and professionals to easily generate, customize and release studio-quality musical tracks, remixes, stems, samples, and more using state-of-the-art AI models.

All the music generated or made available in Loudly comes with a worldwide royalty-free license – empowering you to integrate music into your projects and commercialize freely across the web without fear of takedowns or copyright strikes.

In addition, you can release all your music via Loudly’s Distribution service and earn 100% of the streaming royalties from major sites like Spotify, TikTok, Apple Music, and more.

Loudly offers a range of AI-powered music creation tools:

  • Music Generator → Works like a song builder, allowing you to select inputs such as genre, energy, instruments, song structure, and BPM — perfect for generating highly unique tracks.
  • Text-to-Music → Lets you input a specific text prompt that captures your idea for a musical track — great for generating music for videos or very specific purposes.
  • Remixer → Allows you to upload any audio and generate remixes across multiple genres, as well as download all the samples and stems so you can continue editing in your DAW.
  • Sample Generator → Enables creators to use text prompts to generate high-quality musical audio loops, samples, one-shots, and SFX (e.g., “Synth pad in A minor 80 BPM”).

Stem Splitter → Allows you to extract all the individual instrument stems from an audio file.

Yes. Loudly is an ethical AI music company — you’re on the right side of history and in good hands! Loudly is built by musicians who deeply care about the artist community and their intellectual property.

By following strict ethical AI guidelines, Loudly ensures its AI models are developed with full consent, transparency, and copyright compliance. This guarantees that we can safely transfer music rights to our customers while respecting artists’ rights.

Yes, absolutely! Simply copy and paste your YouTube channel ID into your Loudly account page and we will whitelist your channel so that you can start monetizing. This guarantees that you receive zero takedown requests and can freely earn revenue from your videos.

Yes, you can distribute your music to streaming platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and more – but only through Loudly’s Distribution service. This approach helps protect the original copyright and ensures that all users benefit fairly from Loudly’s ecosystem.

Yes, absolutely! Loudly lets you upload your own audio. When you upload your own audio, Loudly does not retain copyright in the new tracks generated with that audio, since they include elements that belong to you. In this case you are creating ‘derivative’ works based on your audio, and copyright remains with you.

Loudly’s AI Music Generator is a cutting-edge AI technology that instantly creates studio-quality, royalty‑free music. Users build a song formula – choosing genre, duration, energy, instruments, structure, tempo, and key – then click “Generate” to receive three unique tracks within seconds. Once you’ve created an AI track you have the option to add to your library, download a .WAV and MP3 file and get the stems and original samples!

Absolutely. Customization options let you fine‑tune genre, subgenre, tempo (60–200 BPM), energy level, song structure (e.g., classic, slow burn), instrumentation, and key. You can even blend genres for creative variation.

Yes! All AI music tracks created using Loudly are 100% royalty‑free, ethically produced, and safe for commercial and non-commercial use — no additional licensing required.

Loudly is one of the fastest AI music generators in the market. Generating a track takes less than 5 seconds. Follow three simple steps: build your song formula, hit “Generate”, then save or download your favorite track.

Loudly is designed for modern creators – musicians, music producers, vocalists, filmmakers, content creators, advertisers, podcasters, and app developers. It provides instant, high-quality AI-generated music perfect for new music creations, remixes, videos, ads, background scores, apps, social media content, and more.

Loudly’s Music Distribution service enables artists and creators to release AI music and  originals on major platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon Music, Tidal, Deezer, Tencent, and Instagram – all in just a few clicks. Loudly handles delivery to the streaming services, providing you with an official release date and royalty monthly revenues.

Yes – with Loudly, you keep 100% of your earnings from streaming sites. All streaming royalties are passed straight to your wallet account on a monthly basis. You can track your revenue within Loudly and request payouts anytime. Earnings are transferred directly to your payment provider (PayPal).

Loudly distributes music to over 50 platforms, including top-tier services like Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, YouTube, Tidal, Amazon Music, Tencent, Instagram, Soundcloud, Netease, Pandora and more ensuring your music is discoverable worldwide.

Absolutely. Here’s the great thing – Loudly offers a way to create, mix and release tracks all in one place: create or remix tracks using Loudly’s AI tools (e.g., Music Generator, Text-to-Music, Studio, Stems), then release them directly via the same workflow — no third-party integration required.

Loudly make music distribution basically free by including it in all subscription packages. So you can immediately start releasing music with Loudly as soon as you become a subscriber, which also gives you access to all the AI creation tools. If you want to claim your earnings, you need to subscribe to an Annual subscription package, as earnings take time to grow.

You must have an Annual Plan. While we offer Distribution as a free service, the process to deliver payouts comes at a cost. If you wish to claim revenue payouts, you have to subscribe or upgrade to an annual plan which guarantees a long-term commitment from Loudly to handle your revenue payouts.

The timeline to release your music to streaming platforms varies per platform, but typically it will show up on Spotify and most major platforms within a 2-3 week period. In order for your music to be successfully released, it has to be accepted by the streaming platforms. The following elements need to be copyright compliant and meet certain quality standards: music, artist name, song title, artwork.

The streaming platforms maintain a standard 60 day period before they release data on volume of streams and revenues. This means that from the date you release a track on Spotify, you will need to count 60 days before the information is sent to Loudly. We then need another 15 days to process the information and confirm accuracy before we display and make it eligible for payout. Distribution is a long-game and requires some degree of patience and perseverance.

A stem splitter is an AI-powered tool that separates a song into individual audio tracks, called “stems.” Common stems include vocals, drums, bass, piano, guitars, and other instruments. This allows you to remix, sample, or practice with isolated parts of a song.

Loudly’s stem splitter uses advanced machine learning to analyze audio and automatically isolate different elements of a track. You simply upload a file or paste a YouTube link, choose which stems you want, and download them in WAV or MP3 format.

Yes. A stem splitter can completely remove vocals to create karaoke tracks, or isolate the vocals for remixing and mashups. Loudly’s AI provides high-quality vocal removal with minimal artifacts.

Yes, Loudly offers a free version of the stem splitter with a free allowance of audio minutes. Once you max out on the free allowance you can upgrade to a subscription tier for larger audio minute monthly allowances.

You can upload common audio formats like MP3, WAV, and M4A. Exported stems are available in WAV (lossless, high quality) or MP3 (smaller file size).

Stem splitters are used by DJs, music producers, vocalists, video editors, content creators, and educators. They’re perfect for remixing, sampling, karaoke, practice, and video sound design.

No. Loudly’s stem splitter is 100% web-based. You can split stems instantly in your browser without installing plugins or software.

Yes. Once you download the stems, you can drag them directly into your DAW (Ableton, FL Studio, Logic, etc.) or any video editing suite to continue your creative workflow.

With Loudly’s AI, processing usually takes just a few seconds per track, depending on the song length and complexity.

Yes. Loudly’s stem splitter delivers studio-quality, artifact-free stems that sound clean and natural, making them suitable for professional use.

Unlike static sample packs, Loudly generates fresh, unique sounds every time you type a prompt. This ensures originality at scale and avoids recycling overused loops or one-shots.

Yes. Every sample, loop, and sound effect you generate is 100% royalty-free, so you can use them in commercial music, films, games, podcasts, or branded content without additional licensing fees.

Sounds are delivered as stereo audio at 44.1kHz. You can download all sounds in high-quality WAV (perfect for professional DAW workflows) and compressed MP3 (lightweight, quick previews, and easy sharing).

Absolutely. All exported sounds are fully compatible with industry-standard DAWs (Ableton Live, Logic Pro, FL Studio, Pro Tools, etc.) as well as video editors like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, and DaVinci Resolve.

Loudly’s AI engine dynamically produces millions of possible variations across instruments, BPM, keys, and moods. No two prompts ever create exactly the same audio, giving you a competitive edge in originality.

Yes. Simply type what you want (e.g., “dark cinematic strings, 100 BPM, minor key”) and get an instant audio preview. No prior music theory or sound design expertise is required.

No. Loudly runs entirely online in your browser. All you need is an internet connection — no downloads, plugins, or installation required.

Yes. You can start generating royalty-free sounds and samples immediately with the free plan. Paid plans unlock higher generation and download limits and more file export options.

Your subscription starts as soon as your payment is successfully processed and renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly). You’ll gain full access to Loudly’s music generation features, downloads, and licensing rights immediately. The subscription continues for the duration of the plan you chose – either monthly or annually.

Loudly offers three subscription plans including a Free plan, Personal plan and a higher tier Pro plan. Each plan includes access to all features and a commensurate monthly allowance for AI music generation, AI models, downloads, commercial licensing and Distribution perks. For example, the Pro subscription allows for a much higher number of track generations, downloads and stems per month.

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings on Loudly. Once canceled, you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current paid term. After that date, your account will revert to the free plan and you won’t be charged again.

Generally, subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased. Annual subscribers commit to the full yearly fee, and canceling partway through does not result in a partial refund. Reach out to help@loudly.com if you have actual evidence to support a claim for refund.

The Free plan is an opportunity for you to try 90% of the features available across Loudly and comes with a generous daily allowance of usages such as number of track generations. Loudly imposes a 30 second limit on free tracks generated to avoid exploitation – but if you like what you hear, you can easily purchase a Subscription to get full access.

Loudly offers both monthly and annual subscription options. The annual plan provides a discounted rate compared to monthly billing. Each plan gives you access to the same core features – AI music generation, downloads, and commercial use rights – but the annual plan gives you access to ‘Distro Plus’, which enables you to claim royalty revenues on any tracks published through Loudly’s platform.

If you cancel, you’ll retain premium access until your paid term ends. After that, your account reverts to the free version, which has limited features. If a renewal payment fails (for example, due to an expired card), Loudly may suspend or end your subscription until payment is updated.

If you have a payment issue, need help managing your subscription, or wish to request a refund review, you can reach Loudly’s support team by emailing us directly on help@loudly.com. Include your account details and a short explanation so they can assist you efficiently.

By purchasing a subscription, you automatically agree to Loudly’s Terms and Conditions and License Agreement. These documents explain how you can use Loudly’s services, what rights you have to all AI generated music, and the rules governing your subscription and payments.

Your subscription gives you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use Loudly’s AI-generated music in your creative projects. You can add tracks to your videos, ads, podcasts, or other media without licensing headaches. You can release Loudly music through Loudly’s distribution service, which enables you to monetize music streams and downloads from sites like Spotify and Apple Music. Your license covers both personal and commercial use while your paid subscription plan is active. You don’t need any extra permissions to publish your work.

Yes – every track available on Loudly is 100% royalty-free. That means no hidden fees, no ongoing payments, and no collecting society obligations. You can safely use Loudly music across all your channels on platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or your own website. Loudly music is copyright-safe to use across all digital media platforms and any new platforms released in the future! Once downloaded, the music is automatically cleared for use within the terms of your license.

Absolutely. Loudly’s commercial license allows you to monetize your projects on all major platforms, including YouTube, Spotify, and social media. You can include Loudly music in sponsored videos, brand campaigns, and any other revenue-generating content. As long as your subscription is active when you create and publish the project, you’re fully covered for monetization.

When you subscribe to a plan, Loudly grants you a number of important rights. In addition to the commercial rights and royalty-free license described earlier, you also receive:

  1. Authorship rights — you are the named author of the track.
  2. Artist name rights — you can create an artist identity.
  3. Song name rights — you can rename the track.

Public performance rights — you can play Loudly music as a DJ set in bars and venues.

After you cancel, any music you downloaded during the subscription term remains available for use in personal, non-commercial projects.

No – you can’t resell, sublicense, or create a stock library of Loudly’s music. For any special licensing questions, please reach out to help@loudly.com.

You keep full rights to all projects created and published while your subscription is active. That means your videos, ads, or podcasts remain safe to use indefinitely. However, once your subscription ends, you can’t download or use new tracks, and your license no longer applies to new content you create afterward.

Copyright ownership is complicated and differs in every country. Additionally, copyright law relating to AI-generated music is still in the process of being defined. To ensure that everyone can benefit from using Loudly, we simply retain the copyright while granting you generous commercial rights. This approach allows you to monetize Loudly music without any legal complications.

“Loudly Content” refers to all audio made available through the platform, including AI-generated music, pre-licensed catalog tracks, and loops. An “AI Audio Track” is a specific piece of music created or delivered through Loudly’s AI generator. Both are protected by the same License Agreement, giving you the right to use them safely in your creative and commercial projects.

No credit is required, but giving credit is always appreciated! You’re free to use Loudly tracks without attribution in both personal and commercial projects. However, if you want to show support, a simple note like “Music by Loudly” in your description or credits is a great way to acknowledge the platform.

The Pro subscription tier enables the usage of Loudly music in digital advertising campaigns up to a maximum media spend of $100,000. To use Loudly tracks in films and TV projects, you must obtain a special license by contacting help@loudly.com.

Yes. If you distribute music through Loudly’s Music Distribution service, you keep 100% of your royalty revenues earned from music streams and downloads. This means you can publish and profit from AI music and original tracks you’ve released without losing creative or financial control.

If a content platform (like YouTube or Instagram) flags your Loudly track, don’t worry — your license protects you. You can prove your right to use the music by providing your license details from your Loudly account. These claims are usually resolved quickly once proof of license is submitted, confirming you have legal permission to use the track commercially.

Yes, you can use Loudly’s music in client work such as ads, promos, or brand videos. Your client is automatically covered to use the completed project you created for them. However, they can’t extract or reuse the track separately in new projects unless they have their own Loudly license.

Yes – your license provides global usage rights with no regional restrictions. You can use Loudly music in content shared or broadcast anywhere in the world. Whether your audience is local or international, your license remains valid across all online and offline platforms.
